Hey, we’re Together, a creative agency that helps tech companies connect with their customers. We build brands, products and websites that are seen by millions of people, all over the world. But enough about us, this is about you.
So, you’re a developer thinking of joining the team. You love what you do and are constantly striving to break new ground. You excel at building websites and products that are clean, fast and maintainable. You’re an excellent communicator — ready to work closely with our Head of Development to build your skills, explore new tech and deliver projects to an industry-leading standard. Tech products are your kinda thing and you love working with passionate clients looking to make big things happen.
Something tells us…
- You’re a good PHP developer. You love your craft and you’ve honed your skill.
- You ride and die with WordPress. Some people don’t like it, but they don’t understand WordPress like you do. You don’t reinvent the wheel but can create plugins if needed.
- You get infrastructure. SSL, DNS (you dream in acronyms).
- You care about design. Coding is your thing, but you appreciate aesthetics.
- You care about the experience. Not everyone can code as well as you, so you make sure your CMS setups — such as WordPress — are nice and easy to use.
- People think you’re a hacker. Your terminal is always open with Webpack, and your family constantly ask you to fix their printer.
- You hate doing work. Build scripts and continuous integration are table-stakes for you.
- You love not writing code. You’re comfortable with templating languages like Blade.
- You’re an independent developer who don’t need no man. You’re comfortable building things from start the finish.
- You like people. This doesn’t mean you’re an extrovert, but you work well with others on the team and can communicate in plain English to clients.
- You dare people to resize their browser. Responsive code, yo!
- You make computers do things. You’re comfortable writing and connecting APIs (and integrations are a breeze).
- You’re a bit of a Git..Hub nerd. Hey, you said it — not us.
- You help people spend money. Building eCommerce websites that are performant and safe is your thing.
- You’re not the finished article. Yes, you’re organised and know your craft. But you’re also looking to learn.
There are also a few perks
- Flexible work, forever
- Competitive salary
- Choose-your-own tech setup
- Unlimited holiday when you need it
- A budget for learning
- Team socials
